• Pick up from 8:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Weekend hours vary.
• If picking up ready-to-eat food, we will have your order packaged and bring it directly to your vehicle upon arrival.
• If picking up cooked-and-cooled items, we will provide reheating instructions for your menu.

It would be our pleasure to drop off your order directly to you! Some requirements to meet for a delivery:

• Delivery is available between 7am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday with a food and beverage minimum of $175.00
• After 4:30pm, deliveries require a higher minimum, subject to time and location. See our Catering FAQs page for details.
• Delivery is available on Saturday and Sunday with a $250.00 food and beverage minimum.

If you would like us to set up your buffet with disposable chaffers that are purchased from us, we will need the buffet table set up and cleared upon our arrival. We will handle the rest so that you can greet your guests. A set-up fee will be applied according to the amount of food you ordered and the time to set-up. Same requirements as Basic Delivery.

Minimums
There is a Food Minimum of $1,750.00 before tax and fees. Staff will be provided for a 2.5 to 3-hour window and are paid $25 per hour.

Set Up
Staff will arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the beginning of your event. They will set up your appetizer/buffet tables, as well as disposable chaffers, plates, and cutlery that is purchased from us. All service ware provided will be disposable.

Service Time
Staff will maintain appetizer/buffet tables throughout the duration of service. We will replenish the buffet, beverages, and paper products. Staff will bus the service area and keep things tidy. If purchasing dessert and coffee, we will set out in disposables prior to our departure.

Clean Up
At the conclusion of the service, our staff will clean up all service areas and our staging area. If there is food remaining, we will package it up in disposable containers provided by us. The client is responsible for trash and recyclables.

What We Have Available for a Full-Service Event:
*These items are only available for a Catered Event with waitstaff on site.

• Appetizer plate, salad plate, dinner plate and dessert plate.
• All necessary silverware, glassware, coffee cups and saucers.
• Decorative service ware including white and/or white with a silver rim
  ceramic bowls, platters, and decorative displays.
• Wooden boards for large charcuterie and dessert displays.
• Ornate stainless-steel chaffers
• Wooden risers.
• Linen tablecloths and napkins in various colors.
• Decorative service ware and displays for elevating food.
• Coffee Urns, pump pots, creamers, glass dispensers, beverage cambros, and baskets.
• Our fully equipped mobile kitchen trailer with chefs to cook on site. Rental fee and minimums do apply.
• Waitstaff up to 4 hours of service time.
• Trash/Recyclable Removal (additional fee applied)

Minimum for a Full-Service Event
*There is a food minimum of $3,000.00 before tax and fees to provide waitstaff at your event. Bar service available for a minimum of 50 people.
China service available for a food minimum of $4000.00

Set Up
Staff will arrive prior to the beginning of your event and will set up your event space: Stationary Displays, Chaffers, Service ware, and Bar (if applicable).

Service Time
Staff will maintain stationary displays throughout the duration of service. We will replenish the buffet, beverages/bar and plateware/cutlery. Staff will bus the service area and keep things tidy. *Plated-dinner service available

At the conclusion of the service, our staff will clean up all service areas and our staging area. If there is food remaining, we will package it up in disposable containers that we provide.
