Package 1: Wedding Catering Delivery

Just Say I Do

If your wedding reception has more of a party feel, and you would like delicious and affordable food delivered, this package is for you!

Here is What We Provide

  • Hors D’ oeuvres and platters for your cocktail hour, a buffet dinner that will include entrees, sides, and dessert if requested.
  • Our delivery staff will arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your cocktail hour begins.
  • Staff will set up your appetizer and buffet table with upgraded plastic disposable plates, cutlery, disposable chaffers, and service ware. We will provide you with menu signs for your entire meal.
  • Once we place your food in disposable chaffers, you and your guests are ready to enjoy.
What We Provide

Here is What We Require from You

  • Your reception must be within 45 minutes from our Albany facility, 50 Yardboro Ave., Albany, NY 12205. A delivery fee will be applied accordingly.
  • A minimum of 50 guests and/or equivalent to $2500.00 in food before taxes and fees.
  • Your final count along with any dietary restrictions is due 14 days prior to your reception.
  • A designated person who can greet us and show us where the food will be served and share any other pertinent information.
  • Designated Hors d’oeuvre and Buffet tables must be set up for our arrival.
  • Payment seven days prior to your reception unless other arrangements have been made with one of our event coordinators.
What We Require
Package 2: Wedding Catering Service

To Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After

A step up from the Just Say I Do Package, we provide a limited staff for 3.5 hours who will set-up, serve, and clean up after your wedding.

Here is What We Provide

  • A cocktail hour with hors d’ oeuvres and platters, a dinner buffet that will include entrees, sides, and dessert if requested.
  • Limited waitstaff for a three- and half-hour service window.
  • Upgraded plasticware or compostable bamboo plates, all stainless-steel service ware and chaffers. All platters used will be ceramic and food will be displayed nicely.
  • Staff will arrive one hour before your cocktail hour begins. They will set up your bistro and buffet tables with upgraded plastic disposable plates, cutlery, disposable chaffers, and service ware.
  • Staff will greet guests, set out food for cocktail hour and dinner, replenish food as needed, replenish beverages, bus the service tables, and keep things tidy.
  • If purchasing dessert and coffee, we will set out on disposable trays and coffee in boxes.
  • We will package all leftovers if desired, in disposables that we provide.
  • At the conclusion of our service, staff will clean up all service areas and our staging area. If guests remain past the 3rd hour, we will clean the service area to the best of our ability while guests are still present.
