Albany Catering FAQs

We do not have a restaurant or storefront open to the public but can arrange for a pick-up of items off our menu. There is no minimum order requirement for this service! Pick-ups take place at our warehouse at 50 Yardboro Avenue in Albany and can be scheduled between the hours of 8:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. For Weekend pick-ups, please see our weekend order terms.

YES! We offer delivery services within 15 miles of our location in Albany for a fee. Outlying areas are subject to a higher delivery fee and higher minimum requirement; please contact us for details.

Weekdays (M-F)

• Breakfast Delivery Orders (7AM-10AM): received and confirmed no later than 12 PM the day prior.
• Lunch/Afternoon Delivery or Pick Up Orders (9AM-4PM): received and confirmed no later than 4 PM the day prior.
• Evening Deliveries (past 4 PM): must be placed with 72 hours’ notice.

Minimums For Weekday Orders:

• There is a 12-person minimum, and/or the order must meet $175 before tax, and fees for delivery between the hours of 7 AM and 4 PM.
• There is always the option to pick up from our location with no minimum requirement between the hours of 8:30 AM-4 PM.
• Weekday evening delivery orders are subject to a higher minimum.
• 4-5 PM: $350
• 5-5:30 PM: $450
• After 5:30 PM please inquire with our office.

Weekends (Sat & Sun)

• Orders can be placed for up to 48 hours prior to the weekend but there is no guarantee that we can accommodate the order or the menu without appropriate notice. Five days’ notice is appreciated!

Minimums for Weekend Orders:

• Our weekend orders are subject to higher minimum requirements. *These minimums depend on the day and time of year. We encourage you to call and inquire about the date you are interested in.

Weekends in June-September:  Saturday $450; Sunday $600

Weekends in October-May: Saturday $550; Sunday $750

**Some exceptions may be made. If we have existing orders on the day you would like to place your order, there is no minimum for picking up food and a $250 minimum for delivery. You may also place your order for Friday, and we will supply you with reheating instructions.

No need to worry, while several of our menu items are gluten-free, we can accommodate almost all our offerings in a gluten free version. Please see our menu for gluten free items and inquire with us about gluten free accommodations on items that are not noted gluten free. Some additional fees may apply based on if major ingredients need to be altered.

For Vegan and Vegetarians, we have several options to choose from! Please see our Vegan section of our menu as well as other items on our menu that are indicated vegan or vegetarian.

Paper products can be added to your order for an additional $1.25 per person.

If interested in an upgraded plasticware option, this can be added for an additional $1.75 per person (Dinner Plate, Napkins, Forks, Knives)

Disposable Chaffer Kits can be purchased for $15 per kit which includes 1 wire rack, 2 sterno fuel cans (4hr use), and a water pan.

A 10% service fee is added to every order. If picking up your order the fee is reduced to 5%.

Limited staffing services can be added to an order that reaches the required food and beverage minimum of $1,750 before tax and fees. Waitstaff under the limited-service terms will be provided for a 2.5 to 3-hour window.

10% minimum deposit is required for events that exceed $1,000.00.

• We accept check, cash, and all major credit cards.
• Credit card payments exceeding $1,500 will be subject to an additional 4% surcharge.
• Corporate ACH payments may be made at our companies’ discretion.
